HOW TO APPLY:

In order to apply, please follow carefully these 4 steps:

Please check carefully every choice you make, especially the practicals.
Thanks to choose the practical works you would like to attend and rank them by preference order before applying. See on http://www.esonn.fr/ Practical Works web page of the ESONN site.

A complete answering to every question is mandatory.
After you have filled in the form, you will receive almost immediately a confirmation e-mail.

Send rapidly to contact@esonn.fr an e-mail : In your message, motivate your willing to participate to ESONN 2011. If one of the practical you ask for is of particular interest or importance for your research work, please explain and motivate it.

Attach to this e-mail :

- a detailed CV indicating your university records

- a list of publications if any

- a scan (pdf) of your passport


- a scan (pdf) of the diploma giving you the access to doctoral studies in your country (usually your master),
or of your PhD diploma if relevant.

Alternatively, you can send a hard copy of the documents by post mail

Ask your thesis advisor or group leader to send directly a support letter to contact@esonn.fr.

NO APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT A SUPPORT LETTER
BY THE THESIS ADVISOR OR GROUP LEADER.

We will send an acknowledgement to your thesis advisor or group leader when the support letter will be received, you will be in copy of the message.

The selection results will be sent by e-mail at the beginning of June.
