HOW TO APPLY
Applicants have to apply before May 12, 2024 following the procedure detailed here after.
REGISTRATION FEES
For 2 weeks in Grenoble of lectures, seminars, practical work and group events.
The fees include attendance at lectures, seminars, participants presentations, poster session, lunches during the week, social and tourist programme...
Use the web application form accessible below by filling it in & providing a CV, a cover letter stating the motivations for attending the school and a recommendation letter.
To complete your application, you will have to choose the practical work you would like to attend and rank them by preference order before applying (2 Core Practicals and 7 Laboratories Practicals), your choices will be asked in the online application form. The list of practical work is available HERE.
Once the application is complete (all fields with * at least, are filled) please check carefully every choice you made, especially the practicals, and don't forget to validate and submit.
Only submitted applications will be considered for participation.
FINAL REGISTRATION
End of MAY: The ESONN Committee will proceed to the selection of the participants.
Confirmation and payment
After the selection by the ESONN Committee, selected participants will receive an email and be asked to confirm their participation, provide documents listed in acceptance letter and follow instructions to pay the registration fees.
