Applicants have to apply before May, 2021 following the procdure detailed here after.

ONLINE format lectures and seminars:
Fees: 150€
The fees include attendance of online lectures, seminars, presentations.
Use the web application form accessible below by filling it in & providing a CV and a cover letter stating the motivations for attending the school.
Once the application is complete (all fields with * at least, are filled) please check carefully every choice you made, especially the practicals, and don't forget to validate and submit.
Only submitted applications will be considered for participation.

FULL session format: ONLINE part + practical work in Grenoble
Fees:
550€ with accommodation in a hotel in Grenoble
300€ without accommodation
The fees include attendance of online lectures, seminars, presentations & practical work in Grenoble, poster session, lunches, social programme.
Use the web application form accessible below by filling it in & providing a CV, a cover letter stating the motivations for attending the school and a recommendation letter.
To apply to the FULL SESSION format, you have to choose the practical work you would like to attend and rank them by preference order before applying (2 Core Practicals and 7 Laboratories Practicals), your choices will be asked in the online application form. The list of practical work is available HERE.

FINAL REGISTRATION
End of MAY: The ESONN Committee will proceede to the selection of the participants.
Payment
Selected participants will be asked to confirm their participation, provide documents listed in acceptance letter and follow instructions to pay the registration fee corresponding to their choice.
NB: In case if impossibility to travel to Grenoble due to potential Covid-19 restrictions, practical works will be proposed as a part of ONLINE format in addition to lectures and seminars with the same fees (150€).
